How to Request Deletion

To request deletion of your personal information, email quin@quin-tech.ai with the subject line "Data Subject Request".

Include your full name, the email address associated with your account, the specific right(s) you wish to exercise, and sufficient detail to identify the data concerned. We will respond within one calendar month.

This is the same contact route set out in our Global Privacy Policy for exercising any of your rights: "Depending on your location, you may have rights including access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection in relation to your Personal Information. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at quin@quin-tech.ai."

Your Right to Erasure

You have the right to request deletion of your personal data where: the data is no longer necessary for the purpose for which it was collected; you withdraw consent and there is no other lawful basis; you object to processing based on legitimate interests and there are no overriding grounds; the data has been unlawfully processed; erasure is required to comply with a legal obligation.

This right is not absolute. We may retain data where required by law, for legal claims, or for archiving purposes in the public interest.

EU, EEA, UK, and Swiss residents have additional rights under the GDPR and equivalent legislation, including the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. These rights are set out in full in our EU, EEA & UK Privacy Policy.

Meta (Facebook) Connections

Where a workspace has connected a Meta account to Quin, an owner of that workspace can disconnect it at any time from the workspace's Integrations settings. Disconnecting makes Quin forget the connection it holds; the app remains authorised on Meta until you also remove it in your own Facebook settings, under Settings & Privacy > Settings > Apps and Websites.

Where a purchase was made after clicking a Meta advertisement, Meta's own browser cookie values and the advertisement identifiers passed through by the landing page are recorded against that purchase. To have those removed, email quin@quin-tech.ai using the process in the first section of this page.

Cookies set in your browser by Meta are controlled separately from the records described above. Our Cookie Policy lists every cookie we use, its duration and its provider, and you can withdraw or change your consent at any time; it also links to Meta's own opt-out controls.

Data We Hold on Behalf of a Client

Where Quintech delivers the Platform on behalf of an enterprise client, that client acts as the data controller and Quintech acts as data processor. Personal data is processed in accordance with the client's documented instructions and the applicable Data Processing Agreement. Data subject requests relating to data processed in this context should be directed to the relevant client.
