CCPA Notice

Overview

This CCPA Notice supplements our Privacy Policy and applies solely to residents of the State of California ("consumers" or "you"). We adopt this notice to comply with the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 ("CCPA") as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act of 2020 ("CPRA"), and any terms defined in the CCPA/CPRA have the same meaning when used in this notice.

Information We Collect

We collect information that identifies, relates to, describes, references, is reasonably capable of being associated with, or could reasonably be linked, directly or indirectly, with a particular consumer or household. This includes: identifiers (name, email, IP address), professional or employment-related information, internet or other electronic network activity information, and inferences drawn from the above.

We obtain the categories of personal information listed above from the following sources: directly from you, indirectly from you (e.g., observing your actions on our Platform), and from third parties such as our business partners.

Use of Personal Information

We may use or disclose the personal information we collect for one or more of the following purposes: to fulfill or meet the reason you provided the information, to provide, support, personalize, and develop our Platform and Service, to create, maintain, customize, and secure your account, to process your requests and transactions, to provide you with support, to personalize your experience, and to respond to law enforcement requests as required by applicable law.

quin-tech.ai will not collect additional categories of personal information or use the personal information we collected for materially different, unrelated, or incompatible purposes without providing you notice.

We may share your personal information with service providers, business partners, and third parties for a business purpose. When we disclose personal information for a business purpose, we enter a contract that describes the purpose and requires the recipient to both keep that personal information confidential and not use it for any purpose except performing the contract.

We do not sell personal information as defined under the CCPA/CPRA. We do not use or disclose sensitive personal information for purposes other than those permitted by the CCPA/CPRA.

Your Rights and Choices

The CCPA/CPRA provides California residents with specific rights regarding their personal information. You have the right to: request that we disclose what personal information we collect, use, disclose, and sell; request deletion of your personal information; request correction of inaccurate personal information; and opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information.

To exercise any of these rights, please submit a verifiable consumer request to us by emailing quin@quin-tech.ai. Only you, or someone legally authorized to act on your behalf, may make a verifiable consumer request related to your personal information. We cannot respond to your request or provide you with personal information if we cannot verify your identity or authority to make the request.

Non-Discrimination

We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your CCPA/CPRA rights. Unless permitted by the CCPA/CPRA, we will not deny you goods or services, charge you different prices or rates, provide you a different level or quality of goods or services, or suggest that you may receive a different price or rate or different level or quality of goods or services.
